We’re running one of our patented immersion camps on Friday November 14th at South Huron Arena (30 minutes North of London). The age group is 2013-2016 playing a minimum of A level hockey. Exceptional 2017 skaters can register as well.
The Camp runs from 9:00AM to 3:00PM and includes:
3 hours of on ice training
1 hour of Dryland Fitness
1.5 hours of Dryland Skills (puck handling, passing, shooting) 30 minute goal setting session during lunch
We keep the group small (roughly 12 skaters) so attention to detail is high.

The focus of the first on-ice session is the fundamentals of modern skating, puck handling, and shooting technique and tactics. The second session focuses on battles, compete drills, and scrimmages.
The purpose of the camp is to increase the compete level of the skaters while sharpening the basic skills that are critical for good, successful hockey.
What makes GRIT camps different?
All of our camps and skills sessions are led by adult coaches with proper certifications and coaching credentials and experience with the age groups on the ice. Our director, Tommy Caldwell, is also a certified Sport Psychologist and integrates character building, confidence boosting, and work ethic into all portions of the camp. It’s not just about building better hockey players, but strong, resilient, motivated kids. Respect, integrity, and focus are non-negotiables that we reinforce with the kids both on and off the ice.
